Join Nic for a Restorative Yoga Supper Evening — a soothing escape from the rush of the week, designed to help you slow down and soften.

We’ll begin with a one-hour restorative yoga class, where every posture is fully supported by props to encourage total relaxation. This gentle, nurturing style of yoga helps:
• calm the nervous system and quiet a busy mind
• release muscular tension and ease stiffness
• improve sleep and overall wellbeing
• restore balance after periods of stress or busyness

After class, we’ll gather for a nourishing supper at Coorie, where you can unwind further over delicious food and relaxed conversation in the cosy setting of Limekilns’ favourite spot.

• Fridays, 6–9 PM (arrival from 6 PM, yoga 6:30–7:30 PM, supper after)
• £45 per person – only 12 spaces available
• Includes peppermint tea on arrival, 1 hour yoga class, nourishing supper buffet. Drinks not included and can be purchased on the night.
